"HAKUBA Night Demand Taxi" is started with free fare

"HAKUBA Night Demand Taxi" is taxi reservation service without fixed time.
You can reserve your ride from 9am on the day through your app, but pick up time will be chosen with options between 5pm and 10pm, which the taxi service gives you at that time.
Since this service is operated as demonstration experiment, its fare is free until 28th Feb.
